A consortium of six medical sites in Boston that work together to recruit participants as a part of a nationwide study of the long-term effects of COVID-19. The cohort will help researchers to better understand and define the long-term complications that can occur after infection and lay the groundwork for preventing and treating symptoms.

Works to redefine the role of government as it affects the lives of people living with disabilities. DPC mission is to ensure that people with disabilities voices are heard, and play a role in the decision making processes in policies concerning key health issues. DPC supports the health of their community through participatory research and expert policy analysis, to empower grassroots community leaders to transform the health of their communities.

A community-based organization that primarily works with immigrant and refugee populations in Boston (African, Brazilian, and Haitian). This partner provides social services and health resources to enhance economic and educational factors relating to civic engagement and equitable living.

The Massachusetts Community Engagement Alliance (MA-CEAL), led by Boston Medical Center, is part of a nationwide initiative funded by the National Institutes of Health. MA-CEAL’s mission is to provide trustworthy information on COVID-19 through active community engagement and outreach to the people hardest-hit by the pandemic. Our goal is to build long-lasting partnerships and improve diversity and inclusion in our research response to COVID-19 and beyond.
